Messaging Consent
How contact information may be used to communicate about an inquiry and how consent can be withdrawn.
Effective date: September 3, 2026
Inquiry communications
When you submit an inquiry, AIHS may use the contact information you provide to respond to that inquiry and communicate about the requested business matter.
Phone and SMS
If you provide a phone number, calls or text messages may be used where appropriate to the inquiry and permitted by applicable law. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Marketing communications
Marketing or promotional messaging should be sent only where an appropriate consent or other lawful basis exists. The actual production implementation should provide required opt-out mechanisms.
Opt out
You may withdraw consent or request that communications stop by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided, replying STOP to an applicable SMS message, or contacting support@aiholdingsolutions.com.
Draft for website implementation; final review should confirm the exact SMS/email workflow and applicable federal, state, carrier, and privacy requirements before messaging is enabled.
