Engagement terms control
For professional services, software, subscriptions, or other paid offerings, the signed quotation, order, statement of work, contract, or applicable service terms control the commercial relationship and any refund or cancellation rights.
Cancellation and refunds
Where a refund, cancellation, credit, or termination right is available, the applicable engagement document will state the timing, conditions, fees, work completed, third-party commitments, and method of calculation.
Third-party costs
Non-refundable third-party licenses, subscriptions, procurement costs, or other committed expenses may be excluded from a refund where the applicable agreement permits it.
